Ужас просто, сложно посмотрите в интернете...

MySQL: 
-> Linux: log-core.so / WIN: log-core.dll и libmariadb.dll - в корневую папку сервера.
-> mysql.so или mysql.dll - в папку plugins.
-> a_mysql.inc - в папку с инклудами.

Pawn.Regex:
-> Linux: pawnregex.so / WIN: pawnregex.dll - в папку plugins.

-> Pawn.Regex.inc - в папку с инклудами.
